Anais Nin
I’m gonna let you in on a secret.
Courage never comes easy.
No matter how smooth the water appears on the surface, how proportionately slick the pieces lock into place, there is always an element of fear when it comes to new experience. A level of uncertainty. A moment of panic and distortion before the break in the fence.
There are two paths in this world. Love or Fear.
All points, decision, motivations begin at this core.
And
change is the translation of moving from fear into love
Words mean nothing in this space. The only thing to see is movement, process, unfolding. Utterances, proclamations of distrust become clutter against the grain, the claws as they grasp hard onto the smooth surface of momentum.
Let go.
Fall in.
If your feathers are broken, walk.
If your feet are sore, crawl.
If your knees are raw, hold up your hand and ask for help.
Exhaustion is no excuse.
Get up.
And if nothing else works, just breathe. Tune in to the sound of rhythmic heart’s beat.
Accept.
Let go.
Fall in.
Repeat.
